Provided that your 2007 Suzuki XL7 has the factory side rails that run front to back, you can use the Yakima RailGrabs, # Y00138. You will also need crossbars, # Y00408. I have incldued a link to a video featuring this system for you. You will not need any additional parts to add crossbars to the vehicle.
