The 4 inch Round Fog Light Kit, # PL-360C, can be mounted in just about any position with the 90 degree mounting bracket.
The light can be adjusted up and down in the mounting bracket for proper aiming of the light beam. I produced a short video showing the adjustment range and mounting bracket so you can determine if the lights will work for your application.
