For a 2003 Toyota Tundra you will need the Pop and Lock Custom Power Tailgate Lock, part # PAL8500. This lock will work with your factory power lock system, so it will lock and unlock using your remote key system. It will work with the factory integrated backup camera.

If your Tundra does not have factory power locks you will need to also purchase the Pop and Lock Power Tailgate Lock Switch Kit, part # SK700, to use with the # PAL8500 lock. This is a switch that will allow you to operate the Pop and Lock power tailgate lock.

The Pop and Lock Custom Tailgate Lock, part # PAL5305, you have referenced will only fit the 2005 to 2012 Toyota Tacoma.
