How are seat belts put thru cover.

There are cut-outs in the Browning Universal-Fit Bench Seat Cover, part # SPGBSC5402, for the seat belts to fit through. If you look at the second picture on the product page it will show the seat cover not stretched out and you can see the openings for the seat belts. I am also including the picture that will show you the cut-outs on the seat cover.
