Will this lock fit a 2003 dodge ram 1500? Also, I want a lock in which I dont have to take off the front tirewould this work? Thanks.

I checked with Yakima and the Yakima Locking BedHead Bike Rack # Y01133 will fit in the bed of your 2003 Dodge Ram 1500. Check out the installation instructions and review video I attached for this product. You will need to remove your front wheel in order for this rack to secure your bike.
For a truck bed rack that does not require the removal of your front wheel check out the Thule Insta-Gater Truck Bed Single Bike Rack # TH501. I attached a review video for this product as well.
