Is there an 8 Inch Diameter Trailer Jack Wheel with a 3/4 Inch Diameter Center Hole

Im hoping to find any type of 8inch rubber or poly caster replacement wheel for my 2008 Clipper tent trailer, which has an inside axle diameter or 3/4? Do you have, or can you tell me where I might locate such an item?

We currently have two different 8 inch diameter wheels. First is # F0933323S00 from Fulton. Then we have # 0047-09 from Shelby. Both of these wheels have a 1/2 inch center hole. We currently do not have one that has a 3/4 inch center hole and 8 inches in diameter.
