I did some research on the LivinLite Quicksilver 10.0 pop-up and it does not look like you will be able to use a roof mount rack like the Mighty Rack, # S80550. The soft top of the camper would prevent you from installing the Mighty Rack safely.

What you could do is use a towing bike rack like # S64975 with ball # TR63822. As long as the combined tongue weight of the camper, bike rack, and bikes does not exceed 350 pounds, you can use this set up. From what I found the hitch weight on the camper is 170 pounds. The bike rack weight about 46 pounds. The average bike weighs about 30 pounds so 4 of them would be 120. That adds up to 336 pounds. I have included a link to the towing bike rack for you.

Another option is to use a dual purpose ball mount, # D210. It has a receiver you can use a bike rack in and a ball mount to tow the trailer. For a bike rack, a single arm rack like # S64940, with rotating cradles would work well for many different bike styles.
