Will this Hull-a-Port-pro fit directly on my factory crossbars? We have a 2009 Subaru Outback.

Yes, Thule does list the Hull-A-Port Pro, # TH835PRO, as a direct fit to the factory crossbars on a 2009 Subaru Outback Wagon. I have included a link to the installation instructions and a link to a video review for you.
I also recommend using hood loops # TH529 to create 2 easily accessible mounting points for the bow and stern tie downs that come with the Hull-A-Port.
