Question:
I saw the question and answer for a fit for 2009 fj cruiser and I assume that it fits a factory roof rack for a 2007 fj cruiser also, but as you know, never assume anything, So my question is : Does it?

In order to determine if the Rola cargo basket, # 59504, will fit the 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser, you will need to measure the crossbars. First the factory crossbars cannot be wider than 3-1/4 inches. Next, measure the distance between the bars from the center of the front bar to the center of the rear bar. For the rack to fit, it must be one of the following spreads:
37-1/2 inches center to center
33-3/4 inches center to center
30 inches center to center
26-1/4 inches center to center

The Thule MOAB, # TH690 is a direct fit for the factory crossbars on a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser. I have included a video review of it as well.
