The SportRack Aero XL Cargo Box # A90275 that you referenced is designed to fit on cross bars that have a diameter smaller than 4 inches and are spanned between 24 and 34 inches apart. If you have a roof rack on your 2011 Chevy Traverse that fits those dimensions then this cargo box would work for you.
If you do not have cross bars that run from one side to the other on the roof of your vehicle you should check out the link I provided that has all of the available racks that are confirmed to fit your vehicle after you select your roof style.
