Is it manufactured in the USA? What is outside diameter of both tubes? Are the gears all steel? What is distance from mounting plate to bottom of retracted tube? What is distance from mounting plate to top of unit?

The Pro Series jack # PS500198, is made over seas.
The outer tube diameter is 2-1/4 inches.
The inner tube diameter is 2 inches.
The distance from the mounting bracket to the bottom of the inner leg when fully retracted 8-1/2 inches.
I spoke with my contact at Pro Series. He stated that the Pro Series A-Frame Powered Jack, # PS500198, is 18 inches from the mounting bracket to the top of the jack. With the handle inserted it is 4-7/8 inches taller.
