Does this rack have the ability to attach a bike rack to the end of it?

Expert Reply:
You cannot attach a bike rack to the end of any cargo carrier. The opening is not large enough and it would produce too much stress on the trailer hitch and vehicle. You could use the Draw-Tite carrier, # 6501, and then add the bike adapter bar, # 6505, to carry a bike on the carrier.
