Performance Chip Recommendation for Increased Fuel Mileage from a 2005 Cadillac CTS

do these,s purformace chip really increase my mpg and add to HP at the same tme. I here the rumors but I see little evidence. I have three vihicles and would love to better all three mpg and many are areas of there proformance. can I trust or not?
