Question:
I typed in 20.5X8-10 in the search box and this is the tire that comes up. Is this the equivalent tire size? They are for a 1995 Coleman Arcadia popup, 5 lug.

The modern day equivalent of a 20.5 x 8-10 tire is going to be a 205/65-10. The dimensions are as close as you can get to the old size. We have several tires and tire and wheel combos in this size with various bolt patterns (if a wheel is needed).
You can use the FAQ I have linked and click on 205/65-10 to see all the options. I have also included a link to an FAQ on how to measure for bolt pattern. For a 5 bolt you most likely have a 5 on 4-1/2. Tire and wheel combo # AM3H390 that you referenced is a 5 on 4-1/2, load range C rated for 1,100 pounds at 50 psi. Other load ranges are available
