The Pilot light bar, # NL-303B, is designed to fit directly to specific vehicles listed below:
1999 - 2004 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty All Models
2001 - 2004 Ford F-350, 450, and 550 Cab and Chassis All Models
1999 - 2000 Ford F-450 and 550 Cab and Chassis All Models
With that said the mounting holes are as follows:
From the far left bracket to the far right bracket on center it is approximately 44-1/2 inches. From either outside bracket to the center of the nearest bracket is approximately 7-3/4 inches. And the center to center distance between the top mounting brackets is 10 inches. I made a picture showing the measurements for you.
