Is there a blue ox hitch to fit a 1999 dodge Ram 2500 quad cab 4X4 with an 8foot bed?

Yes, we have the Blue Ox Diamond Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch, # DH1101, that is designed to fit the 1999 Dodge 1500 1/2 ton , 2500 3/4 ton and 3500 1 ton trucks. For your truck, with an 8 foot bed, you will drill a 4 inch diameter hole at 46 inches on center from the rear edge of the truck bed with the tailgate removed.
I added a link to the installation instructions for you to look over and a video showing the installation of a Blue Ox Gooseneck on a 2012 GMC that should be somewhat helpful although the small details will be different for your Dodge Truck.
You may also be interested in wiring, part # 20023, for the bed of your truck. If your gooseneck trailer has a 6-Way round connector on it you would also need the 7 Pole to 6 Pole Adapter, # 47549.
