I have the hitch but i need the install and rail kit. Will this work for my 2003 dodge 2500 short bed?

According to Valley, their # V55190R 5th wheel install kit is compatible with your 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 short bed. The kit includes the frame brackets, truck bed mounting rails for the hitch, and all necessary hardware.

For your short bed truck, make sure you use a sliding hitch so that the front of the fifth wheel will not hit the rear of the truck cab during turns.
