I have rails installed from previous hitch but need to know the dimensions for the RP30081 to make sure that it fits my rails.

The mounting pin holes on the Reese Select Plus Fifth Wheel Hitch, # RP30081, measure front to back 21-15/16 inches center to center and side to side 20-5/8 inches center to center. This hitch is designed to fit all standard base rails.
I have attached a photo showing these dimensions for you to check out.
If you determine that this hitch will not fit your rails, then you will want to choose a hitch based on the brand of your base rails. If you can tell me the manufacturer of your rails, then I can make a hitch recommendation for you.
