Will this system work for my 2002 Honda Odyssey? What does it mean when you say the roof is rated for 100lb load? Thanks!

As long as you have raised factory rails that run from front to back on the roof of your 2002 Honda Odyssey the Thule Complete Crossroad Kit # TH45050 would work for you. I attached installation instructions and an installation video for this product for you to check out also.
All vehicles have a weight limit listed for the roof of their vehicle. What that means is that there is only a certain amount of weight the roof a vehicle can withstand safely. You will need to check your owners manual to determine what your roof rack rating is, but if it was 100 lbs you would not want to put more weight than that on the roof of your vehicle.
