Thule does list the Archway, # TH9009XT, as a fit for a 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe. If your Santa Fe is equipped with a rear wiper, you cannot use the wiper with the bike rack attached. I have included a link to the installation details and a link to a video featuring the bike rack for you.
If you will be carrying womens, childrens, or alternative frame bikes, I recommend using the bike adapter bar, # TH982XT, for greater ground clearance and to carry the bikes more level. I have included a link to a video that shows how the adapter works. I have also included a link to all of the trunk mount bike racks that will fit your Santa Fe.
