The Yakima SpareTime you referenced will fit spare tires up to P285 or 12-1/2 inches in width. The SpareTime offers the best chance of fitting your tire. This rack will not fit a spare tire mount with an 8-hole bolt pattern or hole-pattern diameter greater than 5-1/2.

For womens bikes or bikes with sharply angled top tubes or step-through frames, using a frame adapter like part # Y02531 is recommended. The adapter spans the distance between the seat post and the handle bar gooseneck, and provides a level attachment point to the bike rack so the bike has greater ground clearance and is not carried at an angle.
