The Husky Cargo Liner, part # HL20542, is designed for the 2011 Jeep Wrangler 2-Door. The installation instructions say to remove the 2nd row seat and trim the areas of the floor mat where the 2nd row seat attaches to the vehicle and the cargo tie-down hook locations. This will allow the cargo liner to fit correctly under the seat and cover the rear cargo area. It also shows where to trim the cargo liner if you have a factory subwoofer.

So for the cargo liner to fit correctly on your Wrangler you will need to remove the rear seat.
