Does this hitch comes with the wiring harness or do I need to order that separate?

The Draw-Tite trailer hitch, # 24756, does not come with a wiring harness, ball mount, hitch pin and clip, or ball. All of those items would have to be purchased separately. I recommend going with the Hidden Hitch model, # 60815. This hitch comes with the ball mount, hitch pin and clip.
For a 1-7/8 inch diameter ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch ball use # 19258. For trailer wiring, use # 118407. I have included links to the installation instructions for the hitch and wiring for you.
