We do have a few options to install a fifth wheel hitch either over or in place of your goooseneck. We carry gooseneck to fifth wheel adapter plates, but before I can recommend a specific item I will need to know which gooseneck hitch you have installed on your 2006 Ford F-350 Diesel.
Another option would be to uninstall your gooseneck hitch and install fifth wheel hitch base rails and brackets. For your truck I would recommend the Reese Universal Base Rails and Install Kit, # RP30035, to go with the Reese 20K Fifth Wheel Hitch, # RP30081, that you referenced. The base rails and install kit will fit both 8 ft and 6-1/2 ft beds and use standard size rails that will fit a number of fifth wheel hitches.
