Recommendations for Carrying 3 Bikes with a 2012 Honda Fit Sport

I have an option for carrying your bikes on your vehicle, but I checked with Thule and our other trunk mounted bike rack manufacturers and there are no trunk mounted bike rack options for your 2012 Honda Fit Sport because of the factory spoiler that is on your vehicle.

You could install a hitch like our Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 24826 on your vehicle and then get a hitch mounted bike rack. The only issue is that since the hitches available for your vehicle are Class I you would be limited to only carrying two bikes. For a bike rack I recommend you get a Thule Vertex 2 Bike Carrier # TH9028. This rack has arced arms to ease installation of bikes, has anti-sway frame cradles and a tilting mast for access to the rear of your vehicle.

Now, if you need to carry a total of three bikes you will need a roof rack and a roof mounted bike rack for the third bike. For a complete roof rack for you vehicle you will need the following parts # THLB50, # TH480, # THKIT1465. For a bike rack I recommend you get a Thule Sidearm Bike Carrier # TH594XT.
