Folks, I havce a 2010 Ford Expedition. Will the standard railgrab work?

If your 2010 Ford Expedition has the side rails that run front to back on the roof of the vehicle, you can use the Yakima RailGrabs, # Y00138, and Yakima recommends 48 inch crossbars, # Y00408. I have included some installation instructions and a video showing a typical installation for you.
