Hi will this fit the wide oval xterra 2007 factory cross bar?

The cross bars on your Nissan Xterra are too large for the Swagman Rooftop Bike Carrier to attach directly to them.
Thule makes a Ride On Adapter, part # TH532 and a long bolt set, # THXADAPT7 that will allow the rack to be used with your cross bars. Take a look at the photo I produced, it will give you an idea of how the Ride On adapter will work with your existing crossbars.
