A bike with a thru-axle can be used on the Thule Bed-Rider 2 Bike Carrier, part # TH822XT, with the use of an additional adapter. Thule offers three different adapters depending on the size and type of thru-axle on your bike.
The Thule Universal Fork Adapter, part # TH53015, will adapt a 15-mm thru-axle to the Thule bike carrier.
The Thule Universal Fork Adapter, part # TH53020, will adapt a 20-mm thru-axle to the Thule bike carrier.
The Thule Universal Fork Adapter, part # TH530L, will adapt a Cannondale Lefty thru-axle to the Thule bike
carrier.
