Can you tell me if this bike rack would work on a travel trailer spare tire?

Only certain bike racks can be used on the back of a travel trailer and I have included a link to them for you. The SportRack spare tire bike rack, # A30813STL, is not rated for use behind a trailer.
What I recommend is installing a trailer hitch on the trailer using # 13703. It fits box frames, C-Channel, and I-Beam frames. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
With this hitch installed you would need to use a stabilization strap, # 18050, with a bike rack. For a 3 bike rack, you can use # S64910-2. The single arm with rotating cradles are compatible with a lot of different bikes. I have included a link to a video review for you.
If the spare tire is right in the center of the travel trailer, you may have to remove it or relocate it in order for the bike rack to clear the spare. You will only know with the hitch installed so you can measure.
