Most likely, the code has something to do with your mass air flow sensor. You should check that it is plugged in completely first and then check to see if the sensor itself is dirty. Sometimes with oil based filters oil can get drawn through the filter and get on the mass airflow sensor and cause a SES code to appear.
The other issue could be the IAC, you might check to see that it is sealed and has not come unplugged. There is also the possibility you may have a vacuum leak which could cause problems with the EGR.
Basically, look to make sure that all the sensors are plugged in correctly, there are no obvious vacuum leaks and clean the mass air flow sensor if needed.
If you have problems beyond that have an OBDII code scanner put on your vehicle to see what the code is and email me back with the code number.
I attached installation instructions for the # AFE54-80512 for you to check out also.
