How does the wind deflector attach? I see screws in the picture below item description. I see some brands use 3m tape.

The Weather Tech wind deflector, # WT89159, uses what they call a MagiClip fastener. The screws that you see go through the top of the deflector and into the hole in the clip. Moisture is sealed out with the round washers. The clips are actually contoured to fit your 2012 Nissan Altima and they are kind of S shaped. They fit in the metal lip of the sunroof opening. There is no tape or drilling required.
