Question:
This unit will go on round cross bars onto a 1996 Ford Bronco full-size. Gutters only as long as front door 29. Will this box work?

Expert Reply:
As long as the round cross bars on your 1996 Ford Bronco have a diameter less than 4 inches and have a crossbar spread between 24 and 34 inches, then the SportRack Explorer Cargo Box, # A90095, will fit.
You can measure your crossbar spread by measuring from the center of one crossbar to the center of the other crossbar.
You may also be interested in the SportRack Aero XL Cargo Box, # A90275. the SportRack Explorer Cargo Box will come completely disassembled and the SportRack Aero XL, which has the same storage capacity, will come assembled and you will only have to install the mounting hardware.
I have attached a few demonstration videos of these two cargo boxes for you to check out.
