Brake and Tail Light Trailer Hitch Cover that Operates with Turn Signals

Question:

Does this device do left and right turn signal blink as well ? Also which pin does the tail light? I may want to disable the tail light feature and just use it for brake and turn if this is possible. Thank You.

The Pilot Automotive Brake and Tail Light Receiver Cover, # CR-007A will only light up with the brake pedal and the tail lights. The tail light feature is fed by the brown wire, so severing that wire would alter the cover so that it will not light up when the headlights or running lamps are on.

For a lighted hitch cover that will operate along with the turn signals, I would recommend part # CR-007XL. The running light portion could also be disabled as described above.
