Will it work with a swing down tire holder?

The RV Bumper 2 Bike Rack, # S80500, has a 13 inch clearance between the bumper and the upright bars. As long as your spare tire and swing down tire holder do not extend past 13 inches from the bumper, then this bike rack will work.
You will not be able to utilize the swinging motion of the tire holder unless you completely remove the tire holder.
