A bumper labeled as Alumi-X would most likely have at least some percentage of aluminum in its construction. The Swagman 4 bike rack, # S80600, is only meant for a welded steel bumper so I cannot say that it will work on an Alumi-X bumper.

What I recommend is a trailer hitch and hitch mount bike rack. To add a trailer hitch to your RV, I recommend # 13703. This hitch fits box frames, I-beam frames, and C-Channel frames. It can be welded or bolted on, but any welding should be performed by a qualified professional. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.

With a hitch installed, you can use a hitch mount bike rack for RVs like # 63124 or # S64400 with stabilization strap # 18050. Only certain bike racks can be used behind a trailer or RV and I have included a link to them for you.
