I have a 79 Bonneville Special 750 that weighs 403 lbs, that Id like to carry behind a 24 Honda Pilot. Will this work with the MX600 and the Pilot? If so, can you recommend a hitch?

I wish there was a hitch that we offered for your 2004 Honda Pilot that had the tongue weight capacity to carry your 1979 Bonneville Special 750 on a motorcycle carrier. But the only hitches we offer for your vehicle have a tongue weight capacity of 350 lbs which would not high enough for the weight of your bike, plus the weight of a motorcycle carrier.
