Question:
Can you recommend a weight distribution and sway control hitch for our situation? 2008 Ford Expedition 2011 Keystone Outback 210RS 22-10, 7550 GVW, 550 TW. I will need a complete setup including the shank and ball.

I will be happy to make a recommendation. First, we have to determine the total tongue weight of the trailer. You have the trailer tongue weight as 550 pounds. If this is a dry tongue weight, then you need to determine the tongue weight when loaded and ready to tow. Then, add to that the weight of anything behind the rear axle of the Expedition to get the total tongue weight.
Once you have the total tongue weight, we can look at systems that have a tongue weight capacity range that encompasses the total tongue weight. Using 550 pounds as an example, a system rated for 400 to 800 pounds would be ideal.
In the 400 to 800 range there are a few options that include sway control. I recommend going with dual-cam sway control because it proactively and aggressively resist the start of sway by forcing the vehicle and trailer to ride in straight line.
For a system that comes with the shank, go with # RP66083. You will just need to add a properly sized ball, # A-90 for a 2 inch diameter or # 19286 for a 2-5/16 inch diameter. I have included links to the installation instructions and an FAQ on weight distribution and sway control for you.
