Will this rack fit a 99 CRV with a factory rack with cross bars?

I checked with Yakima and you can use the FrontLoader, # Y02103, on the factory crossbars on a 1999 Honda CR-V. I have included a link to the installation details and a link to a video review for you.
You can also use the Yakima Raptor Aero, # Y02093. I have included a link to the installation details for this bike rack as well.
