The weight distribution kit you selected, part # RP66069, can be used with the friction sway control kit, item number 3400. Kit number 3400 includes control, ball, and ball plate.

However, since you indicate you are packing close to or over 400 lbs tongue weight, my recommendation would be to go up a notch to a weight distribution system which offers a higher TW and GTW. I recommend system number 49568, the Pro Series RB2 Weight Distribution System. This system is designed for a tongue weight between 200-600 lbs, and offers a GTW up to 10,000 lbs. In the event you wanted to go with the smaller system due to the bottles on your camper, this system has an optional attachment method, product number RP58305, which will allow you to bolt the chains on the side of the trailer frame in the event you need more room on the top. You may also use the friction sway kit, product number 3400 with this distribution system.

Although the RB2 system includes the height-adjustable weight distribution shank, a trailer ball with a 1-1/4 inch diameter shank is needed. For a 2 inch trailer ball, use part # A-90 or for a 2-5/16 inch ball, use part # 19286
