Do you stock a hitch that will ensure compatibility with the Thule TH990XT and a 2010 Nissan Altima.

Yes, if you have a sedan then the Draw-Tite hitch you have referenced, # 24796, will be a good choice (for a coupe use # 24801). This is a Class I trailer hitch and the Thule Doubletrack, # TH990XT, will fit in a Class I trailer hitch. The bike rack measures 7-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the curved bracket on the rack.
This measurement is important because when we installed the hitch on a 2010 Altima, see video, we measured a distance of 7 inches from hitch pin hole center to the back of the rear bumper. This leaves 1/2 inch of space between the racks curved bracket and the back of the vehicle. The bike platforms will be further back than the curved bracket.
