I did some checking and the only way to tow your 1992 Ford Taurus wagon would be to use a tow dolly like a RoadMaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes # RM-2000-1. I attached installation instructions for this product for you to check out also.
Most likely a lube pump is required for your vehicle, but at this time there is not one that will work on your vehicle so that is why the tow dolly is recommended.
Or you could transport your vehicle on a trailer.
You will also want to check the owners manual of your vehicle to check to see if there are any other restrictions for flat towing your vehicle.
