Will installation require any fascia trimming on my truck?

If you take a look at the instructions for the Curt front mount hitch that I have linked for you, you will see a note that states the lower bumper fascia strip may need to be trimmed or removed to allow clearance for the receiver tube.
The other front mount hitch for your 2011 GMC Sierra 2500HD is # 65056. It does require fascia trimming and relocation of the front license plate holder. I have included a link to the installation instructions for this hitch as well.
