will the moab th690 fit my 2000 toyota 4 runner factory rack

I checked with Thule and the M.O.A.B., # TH690, will fit the factory roof rack and crossbars than run side to side on a 2000 Toyota 4Runner. I have included a link to a video that shows a typical installation for you.
If your 4Runner just has tracks that run front to back but no crossbars, you will need to add crossbars using the following parts:
Thule Podium Roof Mounted Foot Pack, # TH460
Thule Roof Rack Fit Kit, # THKIT3101
Thule Load Bars, # THLB50
