Thule Roof Rack Fairing Clips Needed for a 2001 VW Jetta Sedan

If you have the Thule Rapid Aero, elliptical, load bars, like part # THARB43, the Roof Rack Fairing Load Bar Clips, # 8537361, that you referenced will work with any of the Thule XT Fairings, like part # TH872XT, on your 2001 VW Jetta.

If you have the Thule square load bars, like part # THLB50, you will also need 4 of the Square Bar Adapters for Fairings, # 853-7362, to secure the clips to the square load bars. I attached a photo of an XT fairing on square load bars on a VW Jetta Sedan for you to see.

If you have the newer Thule AeroBlade load bars, like part # THARB47, then you will not need a fairing because these bars are so aerodynamic that Thule suggests not using a fairing with them.
