Do you offer the valley hitch for this vehicle that is rated at 5000 / 500 pounds? What is the availability?

The Valley hitch for the 2012 Nissan Xterra is not available.
You will also want to check the vehicle owners manual to determine the towing capacities of the vehicle. Even if a hitch is rated for 500 pounds tongue weight, 5,000 gross trailer weight does not mean the vehicle is.
The Draw-Tite hitch, # 75291, which I reocmmend is rated for 350/3,500 pounds but when used with weight distribution it is rated for 550/5,500 pounds. Again you will have to check the owners manual to determine if weight distribution can be used.
If you plan to do some towing I recommend the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag. For trailer wiring use # 118525 if the Xterra does NOT have a factory tow package, or # 118263 if it does. I have included links to the installation instructions for the hitch and wiring for you.
