Yes, all the mounting hardware for the Dual Cam High Performance Sway Control System, 26002, is included. You get 2 square head set bolts, 4 flanged head thread forming bolts for square tube framed trailers, 4 cap head screw bolts with nuts and washers for C channel trailer frames, and 2 U bolts with nuts and washers. I have posted a link to the instructions and an install video for your convenience.
