Hidden Hitch is a brand name, and will not necessarily describe how visible the hitch is. If you look at all the hitches available for your 2011 Toyota, you will see that they are all similarly designed and would all install under the vehicle in the same manner. None of them would be more or less visible than the others.

I have provided a photo of the Curt Class III hitch, part # 13356 which would be pretty representative of how all the available hitches would appear from the rear.

The appearance, installation procedure and weight capacities of all 3 Class III receivers are extremely similar. In this instance, you could choose the less expensive Curt # 13356 without feeling that you sacrificed anything.
