Front Cargo Retro Bike Basket Hardware

Does this item come with the mounting hardware for attaching the basket? If not what is the part # for the mounting hardware. THanks

The Swagman basket, S80970, does not come with a mounting bracket; however, you can use the Deluxe Quick Release Bracket, # S80971, to complete the set – basket and mounting hardware.
