Looking for 7-Way and 4-Pole Trailer Connector to Replace Existing 7-Way on 1996 Ford F250

Question:

I need 2 recepticles on my truck. My camper 7 blade plugs into the factory rear 7 blade plug but I also tow a jeep. The jeep can be wire to a 4 pin. All your plug in adapters occupy the 7 pin spot and reduce to 6 pin x 4 flat. Do you have something that will work for me? Simply put, I need a male 7 blade x female 7 blade with a female 4 flat. I know ....clear as mud! Is this the harness I need for a 1996 ford -250?

I believe I understand what you are looking for. We do not have an adapter that will plug into your existing 7-way, but we do offer a replacement 7-way that includes a 4-pole connector as well.

The 7-Way and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Sockets w/ Mounting Bracket and Wiring, part # HM40975-11998 would replace your existing 7-way, and would provide a 4-pole connector for towing your Jeep.

The connector includes the pigtail to wire into the existing wiring on your F250, as well as a mounting bracket.
