I want to make sure that part #A30813STL is compatible with my Toyota RAV 4 2011. Can you confirm for me that this is true?

We have determined that the SportRack 3 Bike Carrier Spare Tire Mount Bike Rack, # A30813STL, will not fit the 2011 Toyota RAV4.
You can use the Yakima SpareTime, # Y02598. But to be certain, you will need to take two measurements. The diameter of the hole in the center of your spare tire wheel will need to be greater than 1-3/16 inches and the distance from the back of the wheel, where the mounting plate will bolt up to the wheel, to the farthest out part of the spare tire needs to be less than 6-1/2 inches.

If you need to carry 3 bikes, I recommend installing a trailer hitch # 75432, and using a 3 bike trailer hitch mount rack. The most popular compatible 3 bike rack is the Rola TX-103, # 59403. I have included installation details for the hitch and bike rack for you.
